Developers
Elevated Aspects Limited offer a variety of services for developers or their
agents. Planning We can provide photographs of the site and surrounding properties and land.
These can be used to support planning applications. Such photographs can show
the proximity of the property in relation to existing neighbouring buildings
and land. Photographs of the surrounding area can be taken and then your architect can
take the photographs and incorporate them into their cad/3d modeling software
to show how the finished development will appear. Boundary Disputes The Elevated Photography and low altitude Aerial Photography we use is ideal
for settling boundary disputes with adjoining land owners. Often when there
is a dispute, the other land owner can be disruptive to the proceedings by not
allowing access to land for measured surveys to be undertaken. Our specialist
equipment can be used to "overlook" the area in question allowing
the photographs of the disputed boundary to taken as well as the boundaries
to other land owners. During Construction Time elapse photographs of the construction of a development can be taken at
regular intervals, be it on a monthly stage or at agreed construction stages.
These are ideal for including in marketing literature, progress reports for
the project team, board members, inclusion on websites or press releases. They
are also ideal for record photographs in case there is a dispute over the final
account or during the warranty period for the development. Post Construction Once the development is complete, low altitude aerial photographs at various
heights from different locations can be taken. These photographs are ideal for
marketing, press releases etc. Such photographs are able to show the development
at a whole rather than just one elevation of a building. Areas such as landscaping,
car parking, loading bays/yards etc. are all visible within the photograph of
the main building. There are many other uses for our equipment that may be of use to you as a
developer; traffic analysis of road junctions, sight line identification, selecting
the best position of video cameras for CCTV are just a few.
