There are numerous services we can offer construction and development companies, the most common instruction is time lapse photographs of building sites. At agreed time intervals, low level aerial photographs. Each photograph is taken from the same location on each visit.

Our specialist 4x4 vehicle with high ground clearance can travel across the roughest of sites providing aerial views of the property. We can also provide photographs for record purposes showing the various stages of construction close up. Such building elements as wall and roof cladding, guttering, roof lights etc. are photographed and can be referred to at a later date if there is a dispute when settling the final account or defects occur at a later date.

We can also provide photographs pre construction to show the condition of adjoining properties. These photographs can be of roofs, elevations of adjoining/neighbouring buildings, gardens, fences and boundaries. If an adjoining owner or occupier claims that they have suffered damage as a result of the construction work at a later date then a new set of photographs can be taken of the affected area and these photographs can be compared to the original photographs.
