Legal - Road Traffic Accidents, Insurance Claims, photographic Evidence

Settlement of legal disputes often rely on factual evidence be it in the form of witness statements or photographs / video.

If several people had to describe an object or scene to you, the chances are that you will get different descriptions from each person and you might get confused as to what the object or scene actually looks like. However if you gave each person a camera and asked them to photograph the object or scene, you would get pictures of the same object or scene and you could easily identify with it without any confusion.

As humans we are used to seeing things, we look at something and without thinking we immediately can process a considerable amount of information about what we are looking at in a split second. That is why photographs for legal disputes are a vital part of the case. Any judge will confirm that "one simple picture can speak a thousand words". In the past photographs have been restricted to being taken at ground level, which often means that several pictures have to be taken and then tied together using a description. In some cases there can be many photographs of a particular area or scene which creates confusion.

With one or two photographs taken using our system we can record a "bird's eye" view of the scene / object which contains detail that would not be possible to see using conventional aerial photographs from aircraft. Such photography can give one party the EDGE when it comes to winning a legal dispute.
